I hereby register as a participant in the 2023 ITIP Bowling Tournament. I fully understand and agree that;

1. My commitment fee can be forfeited in the event that I am absent during the playing day.
2. I.T. Interaction Philippines Inc., its directors, officers, agents, and organizers assume no liability for any loss, damage or injuries that I or any property may sustain while in attendance at the said Bowling Tournament.
