Terms and Condition

  1. Seats are limited per flight. First come, first serve
  2. In order to comply with the Business Continuity Plans of our member companies, delegates from the same company will be booked in at least 2 separate flights. The Confirmation Reply Sheet together with the Waiver form must be scanned and attached to this registration page. The waiver must be noted and approved by your immediate superior or IT head. We will only accept confirmation with the signed waiver.
  3. ITIP reserves the right to assign or change flight anytime to all members for logistics purposes and if there are no available seats on the desired flight, and/or in order to ensure that delegates from the same company take separate flights. Your registration and flight reservation will be confirmed by the ITIP Secretariat and you will be notified after we have received all registration forms.
  4. Please inform the ITIP Secretariat of any subsequent changes in your plans for monitoring purposes.
  5. The tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-endorsable. Tickets cannot be issued without passenger names, thus, all delegate-passenger names must be submitted to ITIP on or before September 15, 2025.
  6. Amenities for each delegate include:

    For National Conference Delegates:
    • Airfare (Manila-Boracay-Manila) 
    • Transportation from Airport to Venue and back
    • Double occupancy hotel room (2 beds per room/twin sharing) 
    • Meals and Snacks

  7. Room assignments will be assigned by ITIP Secretariat on a twin sharing arrangement (by company).

  9. Once the ticket is issued and rooming list is submitted, and should there be changes on your end, the member company will be responsible to arrange for the booking at your own expense.
  10. ITIP will charge your company for the National Conference Fee if you confirmed your attendance but failed to attend the National Conference.
  11. All delegates, speakers and sponsors are to be accommodated at Boracay Newcoast Convention Center (BNCC) and Savoy Hotel, Boracay.
